Exhibition

Who Can Exhibit?

The Wellbeing World Virtual Expo will feature two distinct zones for Consumers and Health Professionals, linked by five pillars of health – EAT, MIND, MOVE, SELF, SLEEP.

Under each of these themed areas, visitors will engage with product and service providers to help create a natural lifestyle from A-Z. We are inviting brands from the world of natural and organic food & drink, natural beauty and self-care to exhibit, through to companies showcasing the latest technology in sleep science, natural movement techniques and promoting positive mental wellbeing. Education is fundamental to our Expo, which will also feature exhibitors from the field of pharmaco-nutrition, alongside the latest state-of-the-art testing, cutting edge medical screening technology, and the latest, most innovative health screening technology providers – that will include how to ‘travel well’ with confidence – all to optimise wellbeing and future proof our health.

AS AN EXHIBITOR WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE WELLBEING WORLD VIRTUAL EXPO?

Plenty. As in plenty of ‘foot’ traffic. The Expo is open to consumers, health professionals, wholesaler and retail buyers and sellers from all over the world. A buyer in, say, Auckland in New Zealand; a retailer in Athens; a wellbeing influencer in Shanghai; or any consumer interested in wellbeing products and services can pop in to check out your stand after registering. And you’ll know exactly who wants to ‘see’ you. Remember, they don’t pay a cent, all they have to do is register their details on your stand to visit.

Our team will be working intensively in the months before the Expo to ensure maximum attendance by consumers and trade visitors alike. You will also be able to incentivise visits through intensive pre-Expo marketing, promotions and correspondence.

SO I CAN ACCESS THE VISITORS DIRECTLY? CAN I CONNECT WITH THEM THROUGH THE VIRTUAL EXPO SYSTEM?

Yes, you will know exactly who is coming, set up meetings and of course engage with them via your stand for 30 days after the live show concludes – and then hopefully long into the future.

WHAT CAN I SHOW THEM?

Whatever you like. New launches, prototypes, videos, pdfs, you name it. In multiple languages too. And you can make appointments and host live chats throughout the live part of the show.

WHAT KIND OF STANDS ARE AVAILABLE IN THIS BRAVE VIRTUAL WORLD?

There are several options available (Platinum, Gold, and Silver), all highly cost effective, with early bird rates starting at US$5,000 and ranging through US$12,500 to US$25,000 (size, number of virtual touchpoints and positioning of stand being the key differentiators). You will have no costs relating to travel, hotels, entertainment, taxis etc. No stress, and no lost time away from the office. There is also no expensive physical stand construction, operational expense, dismantling, logistics and storage whatsoever. Oh, and you get free advertising in the official Expo Guide.

THAT SEEMS VERY REASONABLE

It is. It covers registration, your own Account Manager (provided by our official Virtual Stand & Experience Partner, Singapore-based Retail, Marketing & Design agency FILTR) to guide you through all the technical aspects (they are not complicated) and your Virtual Stand & Experience creation.

IF I NEED ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES, ARE THEY AVAILABLE?

Yes, FILTR offers a range of PR and communications services, for example preparing multi-lingual promotional materials and ensuring your collateral is appropriate. You can talk to them about any additional curated needs you may have as well. We also have preferred video partners who can create striking presentation material, and several other excellent PR and communications services providers.

The design, content and engagement features of each stand can be curated to the individual needs of each exhibitor. This process is support by our official Virtual Stand & Experience Partner, FILTR.

  • Filtr will liaise with exhibitors and support you in curating your stand experience and delivering the project schedule
  • Filtr Account Managers will handle the interface with the Expo software (uploading your content/features etc.)
  • Filtr Account Managers are fully trained and highly knowledgeable of the Expo software system
  • The team will have a structured and constant communication stream with the Wellbeing World team to ensure maximum visibility for each exhibitor
